4 large onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c olive oil
3 T cider vinegar
2T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, saute onions in oil over medium heat til tender, about 15 minutes.
Stir in vinegar and sugar. Cook 10 minutes longer
