6 onions, chopped
3 large red peppers, chopped
3 large green peppers, chopped
2 quarts tomatoes, chopped
6 banana peppers, chopped
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
14 oz green chilies
1/4 lb fresh green chilies
2 T red cayenne pepper
1/4 c jalapeno juice
1 c tomato puree
1 c vinegar
1 c water
1-2 T sugar

Put all in strainer. Sprinkle with 5 T salt and drain overnight.
Mix in large pan, red cayenne pepper, jalapeno juice, tomato puree, vinegar, water,and sugar. Add rest of ingredients and cook 30 minutes. Put in clean hot jars and seal. Makes 5-7 pints.
