1 c. crisco
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking powder
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 t. lemon or almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt & baking powder together 3 times. Cream crisco, oil & sugar. Beat at least 5 mins. til very fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Alternately add flour mixture & milk, beginning and ending with flour. Add flavorings. Bake in a well-greased & floured 10" tube pan. (A BUNDT PAN WILL NOT HOLD) Bake @ 325 for 1 hour & 15 mins. Test with a toothpick for doneness.
