4 eggs 2 c. raw oatmeal 1 small jar sliced mushrooms 4 T. soy sauce 1 medium onion Vegetable oil 1 can of mushroom or cheddar cheese soup
Preheat oven to 325º. Drain mushrooms and finely chop. Finely chop onion. Mix first 5 ingrediants in mixing bowl. Form into medium size patties and fry in vegetable oil until light brown. Place patties in baking dish. Fix soup according to directions on can and pour over patties. Bake 25-30 minutes.
