1/2 lb. salt pork or bacon
2 onions
2 cans of Rotel tomatoes
1 bunch of cilantro

Directions:
Take everything to John Gholson. Ask nicely, beg if necessary. Return in 24 hours to pick up beans. John has the secret seasonings and may keep any leftover ingredients.
