Ingredients:  
3 lg. potatoes, slice thin in rounds
1 can of mushrooms, drained
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
3 - 4 pats of butter for top
1 c. shredded colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a buttered baking dish, layer potatoes, mushrooms & onion. Mix soup & milk & pour over potatoes. Bake covered 30 mins. @ 350. Uncover, top with cheese and continue to bake until potatoes are done.
