1 baby brie round
1 pkg Pillsbury Grands Crescent Rolls
1 egg white (optional)



Filling options:

Dried fruits and nuts such as diced apricots, cranberries, and/or sliced almonds - OR-
Sundried Tomato Pesto spread (Classico)

Directions:
Directions:
Gently unroll crescent rolls, taking care not to separate them, onto a baking sheet. Lay the baby brie round in the middle. Pile the toppings onto the top of the brie. Wrap the brie/toppings up with the crescent rolls so it is completely covered. Brush with egg white over the top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
