6 10-oz boxes frozen chopped spinach, 1 1/4 lb cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 2 small cloves garlic, minced, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, hot peppers pickled in vinegar, drained and chopped, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach in boiling salted water until tender, about 5 minutes, then drain. Place in a large bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve warm in a chafing dish.
