1 c. butter (softened) ½ c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla ½ c. crumbled potato chips ½ c. chopped pecans 2 c. sifted flour
Mix butter and sugar on low speed, add vanilla. Add the flour a little at a time until all is used up. Add pecans and chips. Stir lightly. Roll into small balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet. With a glass dipped in sugar press each cookie. Bake at 350º for 16 minutes.
