Shrimp Tacos Recipe

1 t chili powder
1/2 t ground red pepper
1/4 t kosher salt
3 garlic cloves; minced

1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 t olive oil

1/2 - 1 cup tomatillo sauce
1/2 cup sour cream

8 corn tortillas

Fresh Cilantro leaves
! cup shredded cabbage
1 avacado peeled and sliced

Combine first five ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate 30minutes. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; saute 4 minutes or until done.

Salsa: 1/2 - 1 cup green salsa (tomatillo sauce)
1/2 cup sour cream; blend

Heat Corn Tortillas

Serve shrimp in tortillas, garnish with cabbage, avacado, cilantro and tomatillo sauce
