1/2 butter or margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
Pineapple Rings
3 eggs separated
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp.
5 tbsp

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy 8 x 11 x2 inch pan. Add brown sugar and pineapple rings. In bowl, beat egg yolks lightly; add granulated sugar gradually. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; add pineapple juice and flour mixture. Beat egg whites to soft peaks; Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Turn out of pan onto plate or serving container. May be topped with whipped cream.
