One box chicken flavored rice (do not add butter when cooking)
2 jars Progresso artichokes
12-14 Spanish olives, chopped
1/2 box frozen English peas
Small jar of pimentos, chopped
Green onions
Almonds
Bell pepper
Grated carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all vegetables and set aside. Cook rice and cool before adding to vegetable mixture. Add chopped artichokes last.

Sauce: 1/3 c real mayonnaise and 1/2 t curry. Save enough oil from artichokes and add to sauce to make it smooth, consistent sauce. Mix in sauce with rice and vegetables. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
