Spanish Rice

1 cup Minute rice
4 slices of bacon (cut in small pieces)
2 T. onions (chopped)
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3 T. chopped green pepper
2 cups canned tomatoes
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, add green pepper and onion and brown. Add rice, tomatoes, water, salt and pepper. Stir well. Cover. Reduce heat and cook until rice is soft and liquid gone.
