12 small Potatoes 2 lbs. Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 lbs. Bacon 4 T. Butter 16 oz. Sour Cream 1 pkg. Spring Onions
Bake potatoes until done. Set aside to cool. Cut in half and empty potato from skin. Place skin aside and mash potatoes with cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon and butter. Place mixture into skins and bake until cheese melts. Top with sour cream and chopped spring onions.
