1 lb. Smoked Salmon (seafood section, may be in 4 oz. pkgs.)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream Cheese
2 T. Lemon Juice
3 T. Onion (grated)
2 tsp. Horseradish
2 T. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 c. Pecans (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bowl, except pecans. Beat until thoroughly blended. Add pecans and mix. Use as dip or spread.

A less expensive version would be to use canned salmon, adding two tsp. of Liquid Smoke.
