4 lb rump roast
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
2 pkg Aus Jus
2 cans beef consommé (Campbell's Soup)
1 can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crockpot. Trim fat if desired. Sprinkle dressing and aus jus mixes over roast. pour in both cans of beef consommé and add 1 to 1 1/2 cans of water. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until done. Slick meat thin and serve on hoagie bun. Note: the meat will slice easier if you take it out of juice and let set for 5 minutes before slicing.
