1 lb. Hot Sausage, any brand
24oz of Hash Browns
1 stick butter
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
8oz. Grated Swiss cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups Half&Half
few drops Tabasco Sauce
Season Salt to taste

Spray a 9x12 with Pam. Line hash browns in pan and pour over melted stick of butter. Cook in oven at 420 degrees for 20 minutes. Place cooked sausage over hash browns, put melted Velveeta over sausage, then grate Swiss cheese over the melted Velveeta. Lastly, pour eggs and half&half over that.Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

You can prepare ahead; freezes beautifully. What I usually do is to cook potatoes, add the rest and refrigerate over night. Cook the remainder of the time the next morning. Very Good!!
