1 cup flour
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
3 tbsp. lemon fresh juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the 1 cup of flour, powdered sugar and butter to form into a dough. Pat the dough into the bottom of a 8"x8" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Beat the rest of the ingredients together.and pour over the cooled, baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes or until the custard is set. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top to garnish. Cut into squares.

I have made these cookies to sell at the flea market in Cathedral Plaza, Panama City. The sell out quickly. A sweet/tart taste. Yummy.
