Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh mint, cleaned
1 cup sugar
4 lemons, juiced
4 limes, juiced
ice cubes
1 (750 ml bottle) light rum
1 liter club soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl muddle mint sprigs with sugar, lemon, and lime juices until well combined. If you don't have a muddle the end of a flat rolling pin do. You can also use a spoon, just smash it! Pour into a pitcher and add ice, rum, club soda and stir together. Pour into glasses, straining out mint. Serve with a lime wedge and some mint leaves.

Personal Notes:
Enjoy! This is great on a hot summer day with grilled Cuban style food, pulled pork, or barbecue chicken. Heck, it's great all by itself! This will make 8 to 10 beverages.
