Cake:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoon of melted butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup water
Icing:
3 tablespoon cocoa
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
To make the cake: combine vinegar, vanilla, and water in a bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt. Now stir in the melted butter and the vinegar/vanilla/water mixture. Pour into a 9" square pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. For the icing, in a saucepan, melt the 1/2 stick butter. Add the cocoa, salt, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Turn heat down to medium and boil mixture for 3 minutes while stirring constantly. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. You can serve the cake 2 ways: one is to pour the cooled icing over the entire cake; OR cut and place a piece of cake on a saucer with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle warm icing over the piece of cake and ice cream.
