1 lb elbow or other small macaroni like shells
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef or you can use all beef
1 large onion chopped
2 cans white beans
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce or puree
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions and drain. Brown ground meat and drain fat from meat. Then add garlic, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, & basil. Cook together with ground meat about 10 minutes. Add then reaming ingredients, with exception of macaroni. Cook about hour. Then add macaroni & simmer until heated though.

This is a hardy soup. A great quick meal and served with bread sticks and salad, you have it made. Serves 8.
