1 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
15.5 Oz Chocolate Syrup
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Stick of butter/Margarine
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup + 1 Tbl Flour
1 Cup nuts (optional)

Frosting
1 Cup Sugar
6 Tbl Butter
6 Tbl Milk
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Brownies:
Cream Butter and Sugar. Add eggs. Beat well until thick and fluffy. Add Vanilla and Syrup. Sift flour and salt together and add to chocolate mixture. Pour into a greased and floured 12X8 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Frosting:
Mix together Sugar, Milk, and Butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for 30 seconds. Add Chocolate Chips. Beat until melted and spread over brownies.
