1 c. chopped onions 4 lbs. ground beef 1 - 14 oz. bottle catsup 1 c. water 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. salt 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Brown ground beef and onions. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 2 hours. Serve on buns. Can be frozen for use in 3 months.
