2 cups cooked brown rice
5 cups vegetable stock
1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 tbsp. tahini
1/4 cup tamari
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine the cooked rice with the stock; blend at high speed for 1 minute, until creamy. it will take a few blender loads to do it all. Each time use 1//3 of the entire mixture. Add 1/2 of the cauliflower and blend at high speed for 1 minute.

Pour mixture into a large soup pot. Place over medium heat; add the rest of the cauliflower and remaining ingredients. Cook for approximately 1 hour, until the cauliflower is tender.
