1 whole chicken ( cut up ) 1 can rotel 1 can cream of chicken 1 can cream of mushroom 12 corn tortillas 1 onion chopped 1 c. cheese
Cook chicken and cut it up in smaller pieces. In a seperate pan cook cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and rotel. Line bottom of pan with corn tortillas and then layer with soup mixture, onions, and cheese. Keep layereing.
