1/2 c. beef broth
4 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 shell steaks
2 medium onions
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
MIx broth, ketchp, worcerstershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Set aside. Cook steak for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet. Thinly slice onions. Add butter to the skillet and melt over medium heat. add onions; cook stirring continualy, about 3 minutes. Stir broth mixture into skillet and pour over steaks.
