1 c. Brown Rice - Browned
2 Stalks Celery - Chopped
1 Medium Onion - Chopped
1/2 c. Green and Red Pepper - Chopped
1 Small Can Mushrooms - Drained
3 Chicken Bullion Cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the rice by frying in a small amount of butter.

Make three (3) cups of boiling water to which three (3) bullion cubes have been added.

Mix the brown rice, celery, onion, green and red peppers and mushrooms in a three (3) quart casserole.

Pour the boiling water over the mixture and bake for two (2) hours or until rice is done.

Toss lightly and serve hot.
