1 box of lasagna noodles
1 jar of spaghetti or pasta tomato sauce
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
tub of Ricotta cheese
1-2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pound of Italian sausage or hamburger browned/seasoned to taste (Italian seasoning, garlic salt, pepper)

Boil noodles. When almost tender, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Mix filling of cheeses and eggs.

In 13x9 inch baking pan or casserole dish, layer the following starting with a good layer of sauce in the bottom of the pan: (1) tomato-based sauce, (2) noodles, (3) cheese mixture, and (4) meat mixture. Criss-cross the noodles from one layer to the next.

Final layer should be a layer of noodles with sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour to an hour and a half until the sauce is boiling in the middle of the lasagna. In the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle some Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese on top as garnish.
