6 hard boiled eggs
1-1/2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. mustard
little sugar
little salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Take the yolk out of the eggs and smash with a fork add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refill the egg white with the yolk mixture.
