Need:

1 loaf of old French bread

1 cup milk

1 cup half & half cream

8 eggs

2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl with beaters for 2 minutes. Dip 1 pieces of sliced bread into batter and place on sprayed 9x13 glass pan. Pour remaining batter over bread & cover overnight.



In the morning:

Preheat oven to 350

Melt 1 cup butter, 1 cup brown sugar, cup pecans and 1 tsp of cinnamon in pan on stove.

Spread over pan and bake for 40 minutes.
