1 1/2 lbs spicy Jimmy Dean sausage

9 eggs

3 c. milk

1 1/2 tsp. mustard

salt and pepper (to taste)

4 slices bread, cut into small cubes

1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and bread cubes together in bowl and pour over sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake covered next morning at 350 for 1 hour, then uncover and continue to cook until brown on top.
