1-1/2 lb ground beef
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup tomato juice or milk
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the topping ingredients. Place in loaf pan. Mix the topping and place on top of the meat loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
