12 oz can of mixed nuts 2 egg whites 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter
Spread nuts on jelly roll pan and bake at 325 º for 5-10 minutes. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Add sugar. Beat until well blended. Fold in toasted nuts until well coated. Melt butter and pour into jelly roll pan. Add coated nuts and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 325º. Stir every 10 minutes (You don't want the coating to get too dark)
