1 head of lettuce
1 pkg. cheddar cheese
1 lb hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can chili beans
1 - 16 oz. bottle Western dressing
Taco Sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, and onion. When browned add taco seasoning. Add beans and simmer. Cool and mix with shredded lettuce and cheese. Add dressing to moisten, taco sauce to taste. Layer top with doritos Nacho Cheese flavor.

Personal Notes:
I usually use 2 lbs of hamburger, so this makes a big salad. You can choose how spicy you want it by choosing mild or spicy taco seasoning and taco sauce. I of course use the mild. Because my family is pretty mild.
