1 head cauliflower 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip 1 Tbs. dijon/spicy brown mustard 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Cut cauliflower into large pieces, discarding core. Place into microwavable dish and add water; cover. Microwave on high 10 minutes, drain. Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over cauliflower; sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
