4 large portebello mushroom caps
4 oz. cream cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. While oven is preheating, rinse mushroom caps and pat dry. Remove stem from cap and fill with cream cheese. Top with mozarella cheese and cook for approx. 15-20 minutes.
