3 medium avocadoes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cans bean dip
1 bunch scallion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
1 8 oz package sharp cheddar cheese
large tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix in a large bowl. Spread bean dip on a plate. Add avocado mix on top of bean dip. Add sour cream mixture. Continue with a layer of onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

Frozen avocado works well and does not need to be mixed with anything.
