2 cups brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2-qy saucepan, stir all ingredients over medium heat until dissolved. Cook to soft ball stage (240F), DO NOT STIR! Take off heat; let cool to 110F, about 1/2 hour or 45 minutes. Beat 8-10 minutes with spoon until light and thick. Pour into buttered pan.
