1 qt bottled apples
1/3 cup sugar (to taste)
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
flour tortillas
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients; roll 2 tablespoons of mixture and a handful of grated cheese into a flour tortilla. Place in a baking dish. Repeat with all tortillas. Put remainder of the apple mixture and cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts, in a 350F oven about 15 minutes.
