1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
12 large (or 48 small) marshmallows
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. (small curd) cottage cheese
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over Jello, and dissolve. Add marshmallows, and let melt. Cool. When Jello mixture is cool, add remaining ingredients. Pour into a cake pan and refrigerate.
May be cut in squares and served on lettuce leaf.
