1 C. SUGAR
1 C. SHORTENING
2 EGGS, BEATEN
1-1/4 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
2 TSP. VANILLA
1 C. SOUR CREAM

HEAT OVEN TO 375. Cream sugar, shortening and eggs. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Roll cookie dough to preferred thickness. Place cookes on lightly greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
