1 16-oz can fat-free refried beans
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups green onions, chopped
2 4-oz cans green chilies, chopped
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
8 ounces fat-free cheddar cheese, grated
1 package fat-free tortilla chips, crackers or toasted pita chips

Directions:
Directions:
Spread beans on a large platter. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning and spread over beans. Layer green onions over sour cream mixture, followed by chilies and tomatoes. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Refrigerate and serve at room temperature with fat-free tortilla chips, crackers or toasted pita chips.

Dip also may be used with sliced vegetables or stuffed in celery.
