1 C. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. granulated sugar
4 1/2 C. flour
1 C. butter
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 C. oil
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and butter together. Add eggs and oil and vanilla. Mix well. Sift flour, cream of tartar, salt, and soda together and add to sugar and egg mixture. Roll dough in teaspoon sized balls placed on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
