6 large idaho potatoe
8 T butter
2 c grated cheddar cheese
2 c grated montery jack
2 c sour cream
1 lb shrimp, peeled and sauteed

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes 350 for one hour. Place the butter in a large bowl. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the potatoe and place in the bowl. Using a mixer, mix potatoes, butter, sour cream salt and pepper. Fold the cooked shrimp and both cheeses into the mixture. Stuff back in potatoe shell. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. BAke 350 for 20-30 minutes.
