1 1/4 cups croutons
3 medium tomatoes (sliced)
6 oz mozzarella (thinly sliced)
2 T. chopped basil
1 T. chives
ground pepper
2 T. Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Scatter croutons over bottom of 9-inch glass pie plate. Overlap alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella cheese on top in a circular pattern to cover. Sprinkle with basil, chives, and pepper. Microwave uncovered on High 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes until cheese is melted. remove from oven and spoon dressing over top. Let stand 5 min.
