4 Cups Flour
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Sour Cream
A little Salt
1 Cup Hot Water
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Vanilla

Filling for Pies
2 Egg Whites
2 Tsp. Vanilla
4 Tsp. Flour
4 Tsp. Milk
4 Cups Powder Sugar
1-1/4 Cups Butter and a little salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter, add eggs and beat, add sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, cocoa and salt, add to mixture. Dissolve soda in hot
water and add to mixture. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Filling:
Add vanilla to beaten egg whites. Then add flour, milk and 4 cups of sugar; beat. Then add butter and mix until smooth. Put filling between two cookies.
