1 Deep Dish Pie Crust
4 Eggs
1 pt Sour Cream
2 Cups Medium or Sharp Cheddar
Salt & Pepper to taste



Variation Options:
Cubed Ham
Broccoli - Cooked Firm & Drained
Mushrooms - Drained
Sausage - Cooked Crumbled & Drained

Pre-bake pie crust for 10 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat eggs and sour cream. Stir in cheese and salt and pepper. Add options as desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes until firm and slightly brown on top. Let sit for 45 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftover - great reheated in microwave on low.
