1/1/3 cup sugar
cup Flour (all purpose)
cup Cocoa
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
3 egg yokes (beaten)
2 tbl Butter
cup pecans (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1 Pie Crust

Gradually add milk to sugar and flour, slowly bring to
a boil stirring until thick (I gently beat with a
small beater on low to avoid lumps) Add the
beaten egg yokes slowly to the thickened
mixture and continue to cook and stir,
then vanilla and butter. Pour into prepared pie crust
and top with meringue. Bake 12 -15 minutes on
350 degrees until meringue is
Brown on top.
