1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c shortening
1/2 c peanut butter
1 egg
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, brown sugar, shortening, and peanut butter. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Roll into balls and either criss-cross with a fork before baking or add a Hershey's kiss in the middle as you remove them from the oven. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
