1/2 c oil
6 T cocoa
2 tsp water
2 c sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, cocoa, water and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time. Add all other ingredients, except powdered sugar. Chill. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 for up to 10 minutes.
